This November, we're pouring Stonestreet Founder's Edition, a small-batch Kentucky straight bourbon from Bardstown. It's a wheated bourbon, made from 70% corn, 21% wheat and 9% barley, aged more than five years and bottled at 94 proof. That much wheat gives it a gentle, easygoing softness.

Lean in and you'll find toasted caramel, sweet corn and a touch of lemon oil. The first sip is rounded, the middle turns silky, and baked peach, vanilla and toffee carry it through. It was also named one of the Top 100 Spirits of 2025, with 94 points.
Enjoy it however feels right: neat, over ice, or in a classic cocktail.
